Underground and undersea are the only two I can think of, and those might not even matter.

there is only 4 modes of travel i can think of at the moment land, sea, air, and magical. You seem to have all your bases covered.

Good point. I'll probably cover the former in its own category - after all, exploring the subterranean world was a frequent theme in Victorian SF literature - and mention the latter in the "Ships" category...
