The other night, I was talking to ElDo about things that professionally produced campaign settings have that, for the most part, most of us don't have. The first thing he mentioned is art-- artwork grabs a reader's interest, assists in the visualization of foreign concepts, and in general, tends to add a lot to the experience of reading a setting.
So, here is an experiment. I suggest that we share some ideas around, and sketch each other's work. It doesn't have to be professional-quality art by any means (indeed, I'd be surprised if it were), but just some sketches to get creative juices flowing.
As I see it, the project has two parts:
1.) Submit a description!
These are things that people would like others to sketch. Provide a paragraph or two of description, and with luck, somebody will study your words and draw a picture to represent them. This could be a person (or a race), a place, some kind of object, an event, or whatever you'd like to see someone else's interpretation of. Remember that we are all amateur artists, and simple requests are going to be more likely to be fulfilled.
If you want to submit a description anonymously, PM it to me with that instruction, and I'll post it without attribution (be sure to change the names of things if they're distinctive!) This is not because I think anybody would need to be secretive or embarrassed, but because looking at descriptions without knowing what they are might help artists view them objectively, rather than trying to match the tone of a setting that they already have preconceived notions about.
2.) Draw someone's description and post it!
Once we compile a good list of descriptions, pick one that tickles your fancy, draw it, then post the picture here. (I'll provide instructions for posting images, if you don't know how to do that.) It will be super fun!
Please try to be mature about this whole thing, and don't be cruel when responding to the writing and drawing efforts of others. Remember, this community is defined by civility, respect, and helpfulness. (I probably didn't even need to remind you all, but the teacher in me is prodding me to keep my bases covered.)
Also, please try to draw submissions if you can. I know that not everybody has access to a scanner, but if you do, your work is valuable to us. Even if you don't think you're a super artist, your sketch might be just the thing to jump-start someone's imaginative processes. (What we don't want is for this thread to be all requests and no sketches, because people are shy about actually doing the art. The art is the whole point, after all.)
Hopefully, this can be a really valuable tool for the CBG, and lead us to better understanding of our own work, and the work of others. I will be sketching people's work when I can, and I hope that you'll join me in artful exuberance. In the meantime, I am now and shall ever remain
Yours sincerely,
-Luminous Crayon

The List of Sketch Requests AND Sketches:
Note: I will be editing this post as more descriptions are added, to ensure that it remains a current and comprehensive list.
Here's a race that I'm having some trouble really visualizing clearly. If someone could sketch a couple of example simocs, it would be very helpful.
I'm providing this both as an example of the kinds of descriptions I'm suggesting for this project, and also as a genuine request of my own. The text below is directly copied from my setting thread.
Thanks, -LC
[ic]Simocs are compact, muscular, and hairy creatures, humanoids with a strong apelike or even bearlike cast to their features. They are shorter and broader than humans, perpetually hunched over; their disproportionally long and muscular arms add to their simian appearance, as simocs walk upright on two legs or knuckle along on four with equal ease and facility. They are covered all over in coarse, wiry hair (yet still much too sparse to be called fur), and most are also covered in a latticework of scars, the number, beauty, and quality of which directly affect the social stature of a simoc individual.
Their eyes, recessed behind a ridge of bone, their short, snoutlike noses, and their wide, thin-lipped mouths and needle-sharp teeth give their faces an unmistakable appearance. Their eyes vary in color from pale blue to murky brown, their skin tends toward shades of deep tan and ruddy brown, and their hair is typically wiry, coarse, and dark.[/ic]

[ic]The Feudulnds (got the name right!) are a human-esque race with a few major differences in their physiology and their process of thinking. Their skin is a light grey and a touch darker around the bottom of the eyes and some points near their lips. Their heads are quite bulgy. A male has a longer top of the head (resulting in slightly larger ears and brow) and not much hair on the top of their heads. The males chin is also sometimes very bulged out. The female has the same top of head but they often have short mushroom cuts or one braid of hair down the side of their head. The females chin is also a lot less bulgier than the males. The Feudulnds have a unique trait which allows them to see a lot farther in the daylight (Farsight). Resulting thus, their eyes are darker and a bit larger (their heads are fairly large anyway, so it'll look a bit normal). The rest of their body is much like a humans: same body structure and weight classes. With their elongated tops, they tend to be a bit taller though.
The Feudulnds are native to the realm of Vunaes. This place is highly religious and slightly military like which is suitable to their personalities. They are not a savage race but they have obvious ties to war and tactics. Their minds comprehends strategies and combat moves faster than any other being in Golia. They are not necessarily up in the front lines, but rather they also like to discuss manuevers in parlours and write down plans for possible scenarios or even fiction about war. They are simply fascinated with the whole concept of battle. They can often be seen wearing equipment that archers in an army would wear. As I said, they don't necessarily like to be up front and personal with the enemy, but rather stay back and direct movements. They wear light armor and carry an assortment of small weapons and scrolls (plans, maps, stories, etc.). Their clothes are like that of either the Verdant Lands which uses a variety of organic materials and trees to construct their clothing or that of the Astar League which goes by a strict colour coding of clothing and very military and minimalistics approach.[/ic]

I'm doing some cosmetic changes for the Kopru in my setting, and I'll come up with a different name, so by the end they'll probly be different. Anyway, here's a description.
[ic]The Kopru are a race of demonic minions sent to the Material plane to concquer int he name of their master. Their upper body is muscular and humanoid, with a streamlined head. The head narrows toward the mouth, which is a circular orific filled with pointy teeth and surrounded by four tentacles. Their eyes are large, round, and are colored a cold black with a noticeable lack of pupils. At the "waist", their body becomes similar to that of an octopus, with 4 thich tentacles with suckers on thew bottom, which they use for propulsion.
If you're coloring, their upper bodies are hairless and the rubbery skin possesses a sea-green tint, while the tentacles are a dark purple, bordering on black.[/ic]
Thanks to anyone who does ths sketch for me.

[ic]A Vorian looks vaguely like a Surian with long, pointed ears and slim frames. After that, however, the similarities tend to end. With skin tones ranging from dark blue to deep violet, Vorians are entirely hairless. Their eyes are shimmering pools ranging from scarlet to amber, while they possess varying numbers of digits on each hand, from a mere three to, typically, seven. Normally, a Vorian's digits are the same on each of his extremities, though this is not always the case.
This particular Vorian is Aguul t'Metriik, a powerful magi and a wealthy aristocrat- a fact he openly flaunts. Amongst a race of competitive, petty, and vile beings, t'Metriik is one of the worst of the lot, and despite his regal status and his noble blood, he has a hunched back that he developed as a result of an incident during his childhood where he was trapped in a cramped underground cavern for months, surviving only on the fruits of his innate magical power. He wears long, flowing black robes and posesses numerous amulets, and each of his four-fingered hands is covered in rings, bracelets, and runic white tatoos.[/ic]

[ic]A squat, stocky individual in power armor designed as much for offense as defense, with spikes, small laser cannons, and razor-sharp plate edges. This armor is further enhanced by a larger, shoulder-mounted reaction cannon, as well as what Ralgor calls a "gravity sword", a blade made from a magically-sealed singularity that seems to warp the very space around it.
Ralgor is a member of the Rovigan race and refuses to wear the helm to his armor, "cuz I want to see eyes when I kill them, not some blasted monitor." He is a rogue, having long ago decided to forsake his people and the Interplanetary Alliance in order to further his own dreams-- establishing his own brand of justice on the galaxy, one primitive planet at a time.
Rovigans are short, stocky individuals with skin tones ranging from emerald green to a deep aquamarine. Hermaphroditic in nature, most individuals are known to traditionally have long, braided beards and short hair. Common shades of hair range from a dark black to a light blue. Rovigans' eyes are pupiless, and seem to sheen with the silver of the very alloys they mine.[/ic]

[ic]The Mevarian-class is designed for a single pilot with little to none cargo, armed with two high-yield missles with anti-magic payloads. There are two small cannons near the cockpit of the ship and a single, larger aft cannon. The cockpit itself is designed with a series of screens that act as conduits for arcane power-- Surians place their hands on the screens and take direct control over the ship mentally[/ic]

[ic]Vaeryn. They are a race of tree-dwelling spider-like beings.
Appearance: They appear roughly ar tall gangly humanoids with long spindly, segmented legs. There are 3 sets of legs (located at the legs, shoulders and a third set emerging from the back aroung the waist area), as well a set of arms with semi-opposable thumbs that emerge from the chest area slightly below the main shoulders. They are capable of walking on 6 legs with the torso and arms hanging under the legs, on 4 legs, with the torso, arms and front legs held up, and some can, with great dificulty, walk on just their hind set of legs, although this position is primarily used for reaching high objects or getting attention, as opposed to walking. An adult male would be approx. 7 feet tall if they stood up fully, but in their normal position on 4 legs, they only rise about 5 feet off the ground. Females are significantly larger, and also rarer, and stand 6 feet tall normally and 8 to 9 feet when fully upright. The skin of the vaeryn is predominantly covered in coarse black hair, although on the females, this hair is much sleeker and occasianally will have patterns of contrasing colours in it. Most Vaeryn do not wear clothing, but they use belts and harnesses to carry gear[/ic]
I don't have any requests off the top of my head, but I'd just like to say that this is a great idea LC. Since I don't have a scanner, many of my pictures will be left unseen, but I'll scan them and post them when life allows.
One of my biggest issues with art is that practice is necessary, and I can never think of anything to draw. This thread will be a great resource for me, regardless of how many actual sketches come through.
This is a brilliant idea. I'll see what i can do about drawing some stuff and then maybe later on submit some description requests.
This is so sweet LC! I'd love for you to draw my Feudallian race (I think that's what they're called...). I'm not a drawer AT ALL so I think I just leave it up to you guys.
Quote from: Wix MneomicI'd love for you to draw my Feudallian race
PM me a description, or post it in this thread. I want to keep all the descriptions in one place (specifically, my List of Sketch Request Descriptions post), so that more than one artist can interpret any given description, if they feel like it.

Edit: Duplicate Post
I'm out of practice, but here's a quick sketch of request #2: Wix's Feudulnds. I'm not sure I got all the details right according to Wix's description, (and some things I did pretty poorly no matter what I might have been drawing), but this was fun to do, and for some reason, a lot easier than drawing about things I wrote myself.
Maybe I will do a better drawing of them later. Maybe someone else will also interpret Wix's Feudulnds. I don't know! It's so exciting!
I've been saying this forever, but my scanner is on teh way! Three years of art magnet school might actually be of some use... or I might just keep saying I'm *going* to get the scanner. *shrugs*
Exactly like that! Well, they aren't grey, but I'll let you go on that, lol. If you want, I got a few more core races that I've made up.
maybe each picture could also be copied into the first post along with their descriptions, so there is a sort of index of all the images.
Yes, and Spoilers would help the first post become more effective.

While I am a fair hand at sketches, my girlfriend and I prefer to work with Poser, as it gives us the proverbial shitload of options in both figures, accessories and backgrounds. And ways to create, with Hex and Bryce and 3DMax, new stuff.
This is a Nosivar from Altvogge we created in Poser.

Thank you. Any Poser requests just need a fairly detailed physical description as well as a little about environment and such.
I've updated the list with all the requests so far. There are plenty of impressive concepts in the list, and I can't wait to take a crack at them. I'm really looking forward to seeing some interpretations of them, particularly the spaceship.
CYMRO, your 3D modeling is really impressive. Feel free, of course, to have a go at any of these art requests you feel like doing-- there's no reason we need to confine the project to ink-and-paper renditions when that kind of talent's around.
Minor squibble, it's a fairly generic Vorian, so the race descriptor is good enough, but Ralgor is a specific NPC of the Rovigan race.
Fixed, and thanks for pointing that out.
Also, seems your vorian race uses Aguul t'Metriik as a specific example. Do you want me to change the labeling for that as well, and if so, how?
Hmm, just go ahead and label it as an NPC.
my scanner isnt working, so dont expect see anything i do, if i do anything at all, but.....
it would be kinda interesting to see some art in Xiluh. for the most part, the cultures are very tribal. elves have golden tans, and bodies that arent quite as lean as cliche. dwarves have much darker skin then other races, and have light overtones of zen-like asian inspiration.
and if anybody wants to come up with a physical description for Yuma, they can feel free...

They walk on the tentacles, or are these aquatic types?
aquatic types. Check the web enhancement for Stormwrack at WotC for how they did it. I felt they needed some changes, and so made them slightly more humanoid. Also, think Ursula from the little mermaid, but with a mind flayer head, an, well... Yeah, you already have a description :P

Except the weird pie-hole.

I got...
Wildman (golia core: savage/lycan human)
Forgotten (golia core: neutral undead, limited facial features)
Pale Elf (golia core: more sickly/magic inclined elf)
Seelie Fey (golia core: small good fey)
Unseelie Fey (golia core: small evil fey
Swamp Gnomes (golia core: wild lizard aspected gnomes)
So, which one?
There is a corpulent, morbidly obese lich soaking in a Victorian porcelain bathtub full of what looks like blood (judging by the rust-colored stains down the outside and the wrinkly pink of the bloated lich himself). The floor is a mess, littered with greasy brown paper bags that smell like rotted fish.
This lich is accompanied by his son, a vacant-looking (note:retarded... oops... developmentally delayed) youth in gray sweats. He sits cross-legged on the floor next to his impossibly large sword (monkey gripped katana or greatsword... pretty much a Cloud-sword-ripoff... sheathed in the floor or the wall).

oops
This is a genius idea Luminous. Here's a race I created a long while back.
QuoteWah Ruren
Howlers of the lonely forests]
Sometimes nature itself seems inteligent and mischievous, creating a creature just to bother people. In a few forests you can find a creature called Wah Ruren, a teritorial incarnation of wolf, coogar and primape. They love forests and like having large ones to hunt in.
Personality: One word. Teritorial. Wah Ruren are practical hunters, and land means food. This means being stuborn, proud, wise and conservative. They don't usualy seek power or fame, as recognition is for the self and a mate, and are usualy honest. Females are more empathic towards females of other races.
Physical Description: Wah Ruren are large, kinda hairy, dark skined humanoids with arms as long as their legs. A mane from the tops of their head to the small of their back sprouts long black hair. They have six fingers on each of their large hands, and six toes on each of their large feet. The bottom of their faces come forward in a short snout, and they have two pairs of small tusks at the sides of their mouths. Their teeth are similar to a humans, if a little bigger and the presence of tusks. There are no apearant physical diferences between males and females, but Wah Ruren always know what gender they're dealing with. Their atire is always furs or hides of the local fauna, and leather is used to make straps and quivers.
A Wah Ruren hunter always carries many javelins, a sword and a trident.
Wah Ruren Lands: Wah Ruren live in forests, which they guard ferociously. A travaler must pay to cross their lands, and Wah Ruren don't like gold very much (far too soft to be made into a good tool or weapon). Payment can be anything a character has on hand, except a weapon. Never a weapon.

Most Vaeryn do not wear clothing, but they use belts and harnesses to carry gear.
Quote from: ElDoThe Mevarian-class is designed for a single pilot with little to none cargo, armed with two high-yield missles with anti-magic payloads. There are two small cannons near the cockpit of the ship and a single, larger aft cannon. The cockpit itself is designed with a series of screens that act as conduits for arcane power-- Surians place their hands on the screens and take direct control over the ship mentally
I couldn't find a decent single seater, but here is a couple of pix of a two-seater.
Aright folks, I'd really like a nice sketch of this guy, if anyone can help with that.
Appearance: Sarenin is tall, lithe, and physically fit. His face is worn from many years at sea, and his hair is worn long, tied back in a knot. His pointed ears show quite prominently. He wears a long blue jacket featuring many holes due to the many battles it has experience, along with a loose pair of slitted pants, which end well before they reach his ankles. A rapier is hooked into a colorful sash, and a satchel is hung over his shoulder. His muscled chest displays a flowing pattern of tattoos which seem to ripple as he moves.
Please folks, if you think you can handle this, I'd appreciate a good sketch.
Hello, I need a nice bit o' fanart to go with this page: http://www.raelifin.com/phaedoras/race_tanak.php
Following is an elaborate description.
[blockquote=Tanak]Tanak are roughly humanoid. Being reptilian means that their skin is composed of scales, they are completely hairless and they exhibit some very minor reptilian tenancies. It is important to keep in mind that they are roughly human, at least in basic shape.
Tanak average height is roughly 9'2â,¬Â or 2.8 meters and they rarely slouch. Tanak have heavy, broad bodies and thick bones.
Tanak are covered with a virtual suit of armor. On their legs, arms, and especially torso they have a thick shell made from mottled dark green plates of bone. These bony plates are rough and thick, most locking together like overlapping scales. The most prominent plates are the extensions of the shoulder bones, making heavy shoulder guards, and the main series spinal plates that extend over the tanak back.
In areas lacking shell, tanak have a thick, knobby, olive green scales.
Tanak arms and legs are short and stout, each ending with thick, knobby fingers and toes (same number as humans). Tanak fingernails and toenails are broad and rough, fitting with the general theme.
Tanak wear no clothes, though their genitals are hidden within their pelvic plates. Tanak women are bare-chested. Tanak who leave their swampy homes usually wear long fur overcoats to keep warm.
The head of a tanak is bald and blocky, supported by a thick neck. Tanak have no ears, merely small holes. The tanak, being almost universally content with life, are quite dull and although they are happy in their own way, their faces are often downcast and they rarely smile. Tanak eyes are small and sunken, usually a dark brown color (same shape as human). Bags of darker skin lie below the eyes, giving a sleepy, sad look to the gentle giants. Tanak have nostril slits, not particularly prominent in their knobby flesh. Tanak have strong, broad chins. Their thin mouths are filled with squat, flat teeth.[/blockquote]
If you'd like, you can include a web adress to link to your own page with the art. (Like here: http://www.raelifin.com/phaedoras/race_naikakaii.php ) For details on Phaedoras fan art, see this page: http://www.raelifin.com/phaedoras/fanart.php
Thanks! ^_^
I have a request for an image: A black flag with a neon green bunny on it.

Yes, I am dumping Angelfire in favor of somrthing else. I will have to upload the pix again elsewhithers.
What descriptions? Where? Was there a memo?

it would be kinda interesting to see some art in Xiluh. for the most part, the cultures are very tribal. elves have golden tans, and bodies that arent quite as lean as cliche. dwarves have much darker skin then other races, and have light overtones of zen-like asian inspiration.
and if anybody wants to come up with a physical description for Yuma, they can feel free...
okay, so i left yuma up to artistic liscence, and the rest were vague, but....
technically, thats still enough to qualify as descriptions :p
Okay, I will give it a whirl.
~pouts~ the pics that are hosted on angelfire aren't showing up
I uploaded everything to Photobucket for now.

Quote from: shadowlswow, nice work. are you using poser?
Yes, Poser 6, soon to be upgraded to P7.
Could you make me a picture of the Sihaya and one (if anyone does city drawings) of a bustling day in the Numidi Caliphate's capital, Asyai City? The second should just be an asian/african feel-type city, but the first needs a more detailed description.
QuoteSihaya generally stand around five feet tall, with long, sleek feathers, catlike, slitted eyes and a birdlike bodily structure. They can glide but not fly for more than a few moments, and are adept at jumping, sneaking, and hiding. Their wings are wide, and beneath their chins male Sihaya have a small poison sac. Females also have these sacs, but they are inside the body, behind the throat. They appear in all respects as a humanoid bird with arms, hands and feet as a bird's and perfect poise, wings spreading from their backs.
I found a sketchbook with a few more sketches in it. I'll upload it soon, maybe even sketch out a few more of these. STAY TUNED! :yumm:
What's that you say? Luminous Crayon's posting crappy old sketches he found when cleaning out his notebooks? Well COUNT ME IN :yumm:

A 30-second ink sketch, because I was trying to break my dependence on pencil frameworks. Wouldn't even have scanned it, but I like the look on his face. It's as if he's thinking "Oh, what
now?"
Wow, that Kopru is great! I need to draw more. ^_^
The Kopru was super fun to draw. Kudos to Crit for a highly compelling description.
While I could think of lots of things I'd love sketched for Kishar, I'll start with this one (a type of Old One):
[ic=Athoth]
Taking their name from the first and most powerful of their kind, the Athoth are strange beings. Existing outside of the visible spectrum, they are effectively invisible. If one could see them, one would see a four-legged being resembling a cross between a lizard and an insect. They have squat bodies close to the ground, twin tails each tipped with a scorpion-like sting, and large heads with enormous maws. Each supports three compound eyes.
In addition to being effectively invisible, the Athoth can burrow through higher-dimensional space, effectively creating miniature, personal wormholes. This means they can travel great distances very quickly.[/ic]
If anyone is interested, I'd be flattered and thrilled. A black-and-white sketch is probably best suited to the color scheme of my site.
And kudos to everyone for the great work this thread has already seen (though some have disappeared!).
Just as a reminder....

In case anybody is interested.

A new request:
The fight between Sun and Moon, from Xiluh. Picture two lean, atheletically built human males in a fight to the death. Both should have dark hair, and should be dressed in primitive, exotic clothes. For more details, check out the First Age section of the Xiluh timeline; The fight, along with the motivation, is in the spoiler tag there.
CYRMO's Photobucket pics don't seem to be working, either.
CYRMO, are you hosting the pictures at all?

Dude, CYMRO hasn't been on the site in month's now. He probably just took down the pictures.
Oh, OK. Well, next time anybody sees him, they should ask if he's willing to upload the pics directly to here.
I know LC hasn't really been here for awhile, too, so I'm questioning whether or not he's still managing this. I'd love to see this go on, though.
Hello all! I've been practicing my sketching, but I can't seem to get a picture of my latest beastie to come out right.
I'd love it if someone wanted to take a whack at it. :yumm:
[ic Unikaal]The unikaal I've given the English name 'fire serpents,' though they evoke a much more draconic feel. Imagine a snake roughly four feet long covered with rough, thick scales colored like red brick with black splotches, now add 24 pairs of centipede-like legs along it's body and two huge bat-like wings spanning over six feet on it's back. Unlike the centipede, an unikaal's legs are supported by an internal skeleton, but they still end in a single tiny claw, rather than foot. The unikaal's wings are supported by two pairs of "limbs" which leave the spine shortly after the skull and again halfway down the body. Each limb has a number of fingers, like a bat, and the unikaal's skin is stretched between them. Unlike a bat, the unikaal lacks the muscle mass to gain altitude, and is limited to gliding down from trees or rock ledges. The unikaal's head is blunt and covered by the same stiff, dull scales. Within two sunken pits rest the unikaal's slitted, red eyes, ever hungry and unblinking. The unikaal, unlike a snake, does not have the power to unhinge it's jaw, and it's mouth is filled with small, serrated teeth rather than fangs. The unikaal are related to the larger thelisin of Lun, though their wings and mystery hold them apart. Unikaal gender is indistinguishable.
The feeding habits of the unikaal are as fantastic as their physiology. Carnivorous, the unikaal's many legs give them supreme agility when hunting prey and their tough bodies are built for combat with large animals. Amazingly, the unikaal is a pack animal. Congregating in swarms consisting of four to twenty individuals, the unikaal will lurk upon a precipice or within the upper canopy of jungle trees and wait for a large animal to pass by before swooping in en masse to kill the larger animal. Cold blooded and capable of waiting extreme periods of time between meals, unikaal hunt whenever there is available food, day or night. Only able to see motion and lacking eyelids, unikaal have even been known to spot prey while asleep. Even more fantastic is the unikaal's primary means of attack. While swooping, the unikaal will belch up a stored pocket of gas and exhale quickly while generating a tiny spark with an organ at the end of their tongue producing a stream of concentrated flame that lasts around four seconds and can reach two feet in length. This rapid exhalation is almost always accompanied by a horrifically loud screech. The entire colony will thus glide in from above and breathe fire upon the startled animal before landing on or around it and biting at it's face or burrowing into it's belly.
Unikaal, being highly social, are surprisingly intelligent and can communicate with a whisper-like hissing or, during mating season, by screaming. Happy to attack omaku, even in small groups, the worst sound to hear in the jungle in the low hissing of an unseen swarm of unikaal about to swoop.[/ic]
Hmm, interesting.
Would someone like to try their hand at drawing any one of the demiurges from The Overture (http://www.thecbg.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?27713.post)? (The descriptions are all a few posts down, under a button marked "Demiurges")
Yes, I fail at anything other than a profile.... >_>
Anyway, I figured I'd take a swing at interpreting the Atoth.
I have some sketches of my unikaal, so I'll post one of those soon just to show off the wing structure.

So, what do you think?

Nah, you can keep mine, in case you need it for anything new that you might come up with ;)

Heh, thanks. I can see you had to think long and hard about that response, but really, five months?
Quote from: PhoenixHeh, thanks. I can see you had to think long and hard about that response, but really, five months?
It took me two months just to see that you let me have the art back. As for the other three months... Well, it was a really tough decision, I had to figure out how it would affect my artistic credibility ;) :P
Getting back into the groove of requesting artwork, I'm stating that I would like someone to take this picture: http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/5936/starsandsoulsemblemaz9.png
and greatly improve apon it. I would like to use it as the cover art for the RULES.PDF I'll make for the Battles of the Star Angels and Space Devils game.
