So I am doing a massive mythology project on the wiki, tryin' to make it easy to navigate, tryin' to make it look nice, etc. So I've been around the site a bunch lately to work on that, but haven't been very vocal. That's not ideal ('cause I like talkin')

I have emerged from my pond, at least partially.  I peek tentatively onto land.  What happened to that thread to elicit some brief comments on specific things in campaigns?  I might be down for some of that.

Art's been eating my time. My system project's on the back burner in a big way, but I still poke my head in now and again. But I'm like five pages into writing/inking (with a friend on pencils) a new tragic sci fi webcomic thing. Maybe I could post world building aspects of that here in a bit? It sort of recycles from beejazz's sci fi theater or whatever I called my sci fi setting. Oh, and I'm moving into a new apartment so... there's that I guess.

RPG inspiration's running low, as I haven't played in too damn long, but if people need art, I could maybe do a bit of that.

And if you are volunteering, I might have artwork for you. :)

Port is great. I've spent a lot of time in Latin America, so tequila and rum hold a sincere, if blurry, place in my heart.

I went to a quinceanera in Mexico once and our table of 12-odd people destroyed about 6 bottles of top-shelf brandy. That's my brandy story.

Totally agreed

Now this might sound "bleh", but then again, try it before you judge it;

Southern Comfort with Canada Dry (ginger ale I guess?)

It backstabs, watch out.

I'll be honest, I just enjoy getting buzzed every once in a while. What I drink doesn't really matter to me*, but wine has always resonated with me more. Call me what you will, but I prefer the altered state of mind.

Of course, I'm also a proud lightweight. If I feel the need to get a little loose then I don't have to pay much. It's a great luxury. It just takes some careful moderation to keep it that way.

*I take that back. I have yet to discover a beer I enjoy.

Anyways... I'm just preoccupied by my classes mostly. I've had ideas bouncing around, questions I'd like to ask, things I'd like to throw out there, but between painting and family therapy courses, it's been a little hard to get too committed to anything outside of the school spectrum. In due time... in due time...

I've been a mix of lethargic, uninspired, and dealing with a computer that was quickly decaying.  Now I have a new computer!

I like beer, cider, red wine, scotch or absinthe, depending on the occasion.

And I have no real excuses for not posting more setting stuff. It's all up in my head, just need to yank it out and put it in writing :)

One day soon, I'll do just that.

I can only speak from experience with mood disorders to say that it might or it might not. I've never really noticed a difference when I was on medication for depression, but then again, I never thought the medication did much for me anyway. Now that I'm "cured" (read: I know how to deal with it) and off medication, I still don't really notice a difference.
