Hello All,
The title of this little post should be self evident but let me explain just in case. I have been looking over the campaign settings and I would like to give some critiques but I don't really see where they go. Do you post them at the end of the current thread for the setting or is there a separate thread somewhere when you put it? I want to start contributing to things but I want to avoid the mistake I made when made when first coming here. So if someone could direct me I would very grateful.
Peace
Jester.

Depends. Unless otherwise stated, most people don't care, and go ahead and put it on the main thread.
Some people have discussion threads, so make sure you double-check.
You really didn't make a mistake when you first came here, the information you brought was disliked by many of the members, there's a difference. In general, a thread will specify and link to a separate thread if they don't want other posts on their thread. If you mess up and post on an information thread, a moderator will usually take care of it if you PM them and ask nicely.
Thanks for asking though, always best to be informed.
EDIT: Beaten to the post ;)
Some people, like myself, have separate discussion threads and critiques go there. This should be indicated clearly in the main thread.
Other people are happy to just have stuff posted in the main thread.

What they said.
Settings with discussion threads will normally have a link in the first post.
Thanks for your time people. Nice to see you looking out.
Peace
Generally, if there is a seperate discussion thread for a setting, the setting's author makes it very clear. (See Ari (http://www.thecbg.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?9476)-- you really can't miss the link.)
If there's not a link to a seperate thread, just use the main one for content. Many people "reserve" a lot of posts at the beginning for setting information, so the comments don't start until a long way down the page; don't let that fake you out. (For example: Dystopia (http://www.thecbg.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?3839)-- you have to scroll all the way down the first page to find them, but there are comments mixed into that huge thread.)
If you just want to be extra careful, do what I do and use the search function to look up the name of the setting you're interested in to see whether other threads related to it show up. Or, just PM the author and ask them where they'd like you to put your comments.
Happy reading. :)
