What kind of games are we allowed to play on here? Can we run official settings, or do we have to run homebrew settings only?
I just want to make sure i'm not breaking any sacred rules that would incure the wrath of the sacred testudine order and have them unleash gamera upon my miserable soul for getting a group together for a good game of Eberron...
If you include Gamera in Eberron, I may beg to be allowed to join.
No, being serious, I don't think anyone has run published settings here before but you sure can if you want.

I just thought it would be fun to run a game of eberron while i'm working on my setting. I did run a homebrewed campaign of eberron once based on 1632 by Eric Flint. It was the first setting i posted on here actually. I thought it would be fun to run another campaign in that.
By all means, run whatever you want! I can assure you that no testudine wrath will come upon thee.
Run whatever you like, we encourage our members to run games on the forums and on our IRC chat. Currently we have several active games going right now, one of them is using Iron Heroes and the other is using a homebrew system.
We are about the game and gaming, as much as it is part of the building of the campaign. And every GMs take on a setting is different.

To expand on this, "campaign" really refers more to the set of adventures than to the setting. We are the CAMPAIGN builders' guild, not just the Campaign SETTING builders' guild. So playing an Eberron campaign is as valid a use of the site's Roleplaying forum as a homebrew setting campaign.
Thank you all. I feel better now.
Eberron is one of my favorite official settings!
