What are the rules, I wanna get started on character creation. :P

EDIT: And by rules, I mainly mean PL and any other qualifications.

If you're that eager, check out my Weavend setting thread for pre-adventure info.  I suspect PL will be 6, default number of points for that level.  Try to do fantasy rather than sci-fi.  I haven't actually finsihed the adventure, though.
