i have an idea for a gundam like rpg similar to the gundam 00 series where characters are trying to stop war by armed intervention

srry i havent replied back in awhile. a small ship 6 people are the crew for an organization called the silver wolf legion there goal is to eradicat war and anything related to war from earth and nearby planets. but leads to the planets military forces working together to try and eliminate the pcs
i need some ideas for if anyone has some good ones for the rpg and i actually switched to using the jovian chronicles rulebook for it
Are they fighting/using diplomacy?
How exactly do they plan to stop capital-W War?
If they fight entire armies this will just spur the backing powers to form new armies, now hell-bent on destroying the silver wolf legion.
If they solve the underlying conflicts there will be absolutely no reason for the powers involved to send the military after the legion.
they are fighting and not really using diplomacy, they plan to elimnate war by killing both sides participateing in the battle. it will lead to new armys being formed to try and eliminate the silver wolf legion.
