Title: Editing the Tavern
Post by: Elemental_Elf on June 11, 2012, 02:20:41 AM
Having grown up with Forums, I have grown accustomed to the ability to edit my posts. I occasionally make silly grammatical errors when I post in the Tavern. I am unable to correct my mistakes and thus look the fool. I was wondering, is there any way to grant members the ability to edit Tavern Posts? I'm sure it would be a popular reform, if feasible.

Tavern permission is unfortunately universal. If I give members edit access that means anyone can edit anyone's post. Perhaps fixing this shortcoming can be a project for the future once I have more time.

I don't know. Little errors can be annoying but have also spawned more conversation and short lived local memes so it really goes both ways.

Now that could be hilarious. Talk about putting words in someone's mouth.
