Curse of Witch and War (http://www.amazon.com/Curse-Witch-Skyfall-Short-ebook/dp/B0093M1GMC/?tag=mattlarkinnet-20) is now available only on Kindle. This is a short story for $0.99 that can be read before or after Children of Sun and Moon. It's a prequel staring Malin (the weretiger in CoSaM).
