Alright! So, sticking with the idea of having ridiculous D&D monsters, I propose the following:
1. Squark
2. Yeth Hound
3. Owlbear
4. Hamster, Giant Space
5. Giff
6. Biclops
7. Yrthak
8. Flail Snail
9. Gelatinous Cube
10. Flumph
If anyone has any additional monsters they'd like to see, feel free to post them. I'm tempted to throw in the Gibbering Mouther, myself.
Sweet titles!
All shall tremble before me. (http://paizo.com/image/content/PathfinderCampaignSetting/PZO9227-FlumphOnGoblinAction.jpg)
Yes, how can we miss the Gibbering Mouther. :D
Oh, what about Modrons? (I think those probably came about when some DM forgot the monster miniatures and had to use dice...)
i used them...but I hated how they looked
Planescape Modrons (http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs14/f/2007/085/d/6/March_of_the_Modrons_by_jdillon82.jpg)are amazing.
If the aim is creating a list of ridiculous old-school monsters (which is a great concept), I heartily endorse the squark, biclops, giff, flail snail, space hamster, and of course the flumph.
Personally, I always thought the yeth hounds were awesome, underrated, and underused. Likewise for the yrthak, though to a lesser extent.
Owlbears and gelatinous cubes are classic additions to the list.
If you are looking for alternatives, I might suggest the umbleby. Basically a furry man-monster whose special attack is static electricity generated by its fur. Dates back to first Fiend Folio.
Su-Monster/Su-Monkey is another.
Also, love me some Planescape, especially its art.
Xorns seem to fit into the general spirit of the list.
Also Girallons might qualify.
Suggestion: substitute something for the Yeth Hound... they don't quite seem to fit as much. The gibbering mouther might be a good trade.
So, that's a no on the Yeth?
Ahhh I'm on vacation with limited internet, so I decided I should probably nail down the titles based on popular suggestion so we can get them running.
I propose the following:
1. Squark
2. Gibbering Mouther
3. Owlbear
4. Hamster, Giant Space
5. Giff
6. Modron
7. Yrthak
8. Flail Snail
9. Gelatinous Cube
10. Flumph
I think I'll stick with this. May the powers that be change the titles.
We should adopt "Yeth Hound" as forum slang for a frequent poster or something. As in "Lord Vreeg is such a Yeth Hound when it comes to Celtricia."
Could also be a verb... to Yeth...
Changed!

Indeed.
Or the adjective version, Yethable, when a post is so good it draws responses.
Perhaps just use the forum's auto-censor ability. Instead of turning naughty words or whatever word (e.g. "amazing") into ****, change them into Yeth.
"Yethin'....What the Yethin' Yeth! Who the Yeth Yethed this Yethin'... How did you two Yethin' Yeths....YETH!" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GDQCaGlqLFY)
Yes, I'm a Gibbering Mouther! That's Yethin' Yethable!
Awww...I wish I was a Giant Space Hamster, even a miniature one, like boo!
The titles are looking good. Weave's fits his avatar.
