Okay, Eldo back at ya!
What is your favorite meat and cut of said meat?
I love pork above all else. It is heavenly and divine. I prefer center cut chops and the picnic ham cooked fresh in apple juice. :yumm: :yumm: :yumm: :yumm: :yumm:
I like meat! My favorite is Lambchops, but I've only gotten a chance to eat lambchops once. (The TV show got cancelled after that). But no, seriously. Lambchops are divine. Pork is good too, but doesn't hold up to lamb. I also love any kind of steak.
Beef, it's what's for dinner.

Don't tell the prophets that.
But controversial theological references aside, pigs are a gift from God. Although I'm sure the little porkers would rather our palates
were offended by their taste.
anybody ever try buffalo burgers? they're amazing, like burgers times teen. or, as a friend described them, "they're like meat, with extra meat flavor".
Beef. Beef is awesome, especially when in long-cooked stew.
Runners up are bacon, curried gibblets (made by a friend of the family) and marinated stews (made by my uncle).
Also, raw fish is amazing - expecially yellowtail. that fish is incredibly delicious with just a bit of soy sauce and wasabi.
Hmmmm... beef...
But I can't believe I forgot Bacon! What with all of its bacony goodness, nestled inside that sizzling strip of succulent sow... mmm...
I like to take pork tenderloins, brine them in 1c. salt/1c. sugar/ 1gal water for an hour, apply a homemade rub of various spices and olive oil, then grill them to tender perfection, slightly on the well side, but not remotely blackened.
Bacon is good too.

Nono, you have it wrong. The only way a pig gets into heaven is to be someone's dinner. We must eat them, for their own good.

OMG, I completely agree! they're like beef with more flavor and less fat. I haven't had a buffalo burger in like 5 years...I may have to make a special trip, now that I have been reminded of the deliciousness I have been missing.
What's in a dragon roll BTW (if sushi counts)? I like those too.
Ostrich is my favorite exotic. Great texture.

Never had the pleasure of trying it, but I'm willing to try. :yumm:

Great English Common House here in Charlotte, Sir Edmund Halley's, serves it. They also do a mean bangers and mash.
Beef is awesome, hands down. Nothing like a nice, juicy stake, so rare it moo's when I impale it with my fork. (My sister is a vegetarian, so I torment her with that.)
When it comes to more exotic, I love Lamb, Duck, and Rabbit, all three of which are far too hard to come by...
Damnit, now I'm hungry.
I prefer manflesh

That goes without saying. I didn't feel the need to mention it - I mean, who doesn't like it?
I don't like beef...
Sorority girls. The other white meat.
Mmmmm...
Brings back memories.
for exotic, i wouldnt mind having gator jerky again.
sheep/lamb is something i'm not personally comfortable eating, though.

The big Indiana Jones people cooking pot, or Andy Dick style love? Either way I could introduce you to some people... ;)
