By the way, the story behind that website is the following:

After a comedy sketch on Late Night with Conan O'Brien featuring a dancing manatee, Conan ad-libbed a joke about a website named hornymanatee.com. But as it so happens, there's a law in the U.S. that essentially says the following: if a television personality mentions a web address that doesn't exist on the air, his network is legally obligated to buy the rights to that web address.

Thus, NBC was legally required to purchase the rights to hornymanatee.com because of Conan's joke, at which point Conan decided that the situation was so silly, he may as well have his staff develop content for the site. (In the first week since it was put up for viewing, the site has revceived 4.5 million hits and several thousand fan art submissions.)
