Check out a product called Atmosphere Deluxe. It is an ambient enviromental simulator where you can control volumes of win, different types of animals by season and geographical location, storms, hot summer days, babbling brooks and all that jazz.
It will autoloop itself, so it's pretty much hands off once you queue up the preloaded settings. Give it a whirl, we've used it for a very long time now and absolutely enjoy it!
