For the past few days I have been toying with the idea for a fantasy setting and the classes in that setting. Currently I have created two base classes and two prestige classes, or as I call them focus. Currently I am using the same system as my Technomancer setting found here http://www.thecbg.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?30356.last.
I just wanted to put these up on the boards to see what people thought of them.

The classes look interesting. And they look powerful! I'm not a crunch guy but playing a priest or scion seems to give you some amazing abilities. You mention that you have two base and two focus classess. I am assuming that Priest and Mage are the base classes and Scion and Scriptist are the focus classes. Are there any other prereqs to gain the focus class?
I especially like the Egos and Ids. They remind me of the Dragon Auras from Dragon Shamans, but done in such a way that their use is more limited and yet more flexible at the same time.

Yes you are right, the base classes are the Priest and the Mage and the Scion and the Scriptist are their focus. The system that I am using there are no requirements other then level to get into focus.
And yes the classes may seem powerful, but all the classes are like that so I think it will balance out. Well I hope it will.
See I like my Egos and Ids idea as well. I really wanted each of my base classes to have a unique feature into itself. Mages get spells; Warriors get combat styles, and Priest get Egos and Ids.
Do you think that the classes may be too powerful?
