But tomorrow I'm making assorted vegetables stuffed with spiced lamb and mint sauce, with lentils and lemongrass chai

Looks like Brazillian beef chimichurri or maybe just chicken nuggets at the silly cafeteria.  I really wish I wasn't a broke college student...

There's this Chinese food place around here that gives positively huge portions on its noodle dishes.
I've been having "Singapore Noodles" quite a lot for the last few days... ;)

Only the cranberry sauce.  I use fresh cranberries and cook them down with orange juice, orange peel, fresh grated ginger, and then some candied ginger and sugar at the end.  Best cranberry sauce I've ever had.

I may be having either left over ribs or left over KD tonight, depending on if the roommates are ambitious enough to help cook something else (I have no idea what we would make though...). If I don't have the leftovers tonight then that's what'll be for dinner tomorrow, otherwise it'll likely be a can of soup, or maybe some spaghetti and meatsauce.

love the cranberry sauce, exalted Carp.

The wife and I cook for 24 tomorrow.  28 lb turkey (which is brining as we speak), etc etc.  And I am thankful for the CBG!

Yesterday's dinner was truly yummy. Nice thick ribeye steaks broiled to medium-rare status, grilled mushrooms, steamed baby carrots and three-cheese tortellini with garlic-butter. Mmmmmmmm.....

Today was mother-in-law's thanksgiving dinner - the cranberry sauce and the cake were delicious...
