Hey, for some reason then Pass word retrieval doesn't seem to work

I tried to type in my old user name and the email I signed up with, and got a "incorrect code" message, figured that it might had been deleted by accident and then tried to sign up using the same user name and e-mail and got the message that a user allready exist with said e-mail and user name. uhm..any idea why?

Tillumni Sephirotica and the mail used was vezrejai@hotmail.com
