Okay, yesterday I mentioned that I was going to make an announcement, and that it's so intense (for me, anyways) that I didn't want to announce it on account of extended shock and disbelief. Since it's official today, I can say, with a degree of certainly, that this isn't a joke. As I said yesterday, this really doesn't impact any of you all that much, but it's incredibly good news for me. So, without further ado, here it is:
I'M A COLLEGE STUDENT NOW!!![/u]
Congratulations! What college?
Wooooooooo! Congrats!
Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Online Division. An online college really fits my lifestyle, and this gives me the chance to "go" to a really good school without having to go through the hassle of moving to another state.
I'm going part-time for a bachelor's in graphic design, in case you were wondering ;)
Congratulations. What will you be studying?

Sounds exciting! :)
You should make cool logos and pictures for the worlds you post on CBG! :)
Sounds like alot of fun. Best of luck with your degree (do you know which degree you are pursuing).
Most Groovey! High tentacles, er, five!
Hey, congratulations! College is a wonderful place to be.
A word of advice, from a genuine college instructor: go to all of your classes. I teach an 8 AM course, and the most common reason that I have to fail students is that that they don't show up.
Seconded!
The most common reason that I have to fail is that I don't show up.
Congratulations, sir.
Fortunately, because it's an online school, I don't have to worry about "showing up on time". As long as my assignments meet the deadline, I can work anytime I'm able to, 24/7. The only requirement, other then meeting deadlines, is that I have to be active at least four days a week. Given what I've got for the first week, it would probably be harder to be active any less then that!
@ Nomadic and Ishy: I'm going for a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. My ultimate goal is a job in the comic inustry.
@ EE: I'll hafta seriously consider doing just that. Thanks for the idea :)
@ SM: I knew it! You're really an angel disguised as an illithid disguised as an angel disguised as an illithid! In disguise!
Nice, graphic design is a very fun field. Its alot of work but so very fulfilling each time you put out a successful piece. Again best of luck on that.
