Though I have long been absent, I'm pleased to announce my return to the CBG, though I fear I shall not be as active as once I was.
It is my intent, as soon as I can gain access to the Wizards boards (is it just me, or have they been REALLY buggy the past couple weeks? Slow a lot, and sometimes they quit all together for 'emergency repairs' or (right now) because of a 'technical error') to begin transport my entire setting (Tasothilos) over here. I do this both because I want to have some place that seems a bit more stable to house my work, and because I want to give people a chance to comment on it little by little.
I also have a couple of other related projects I intend to work on, which I will reveal shortly.
Anyway, it's good to be back.
Yay! I can't wait to see some of these "related projects". your stuff has always been good, and I definitely want to see more.
Also, if you port Tasothilos over, i'll definitely give you a better review on it, as I rarely venture to the WoTC boards anymore.
You might be having trouble getting to WotC because they're doing some overhauls to the forums. S'pose it's for the best anyway that you can't, because anything you posted between the 1st and the 15th would be wiped once they finished the changes.
Welcome back.
I'm aware of the planned updates. Fortunately, I've fallen off the face of the globe on BOTH forums, so my thread hasn't been updated since long before the 'snapshot' was taken.
Anyway, I'll be transporting Tasothilos over the course of the next week or so. It'll be slow because (A) I'll be updating and revising the early material as I go and (B) we're about to start the finals period here.
I'm glad to see you back, Kalos. You left around the time I arrived, if not before, so I didn't get to know you, but I've heard good things and can't wait to see what you have. :)
Wow, my hitpoints are woefully low.

I'm pretty sure we had to use your character as an NPC while you were away...
And everyone knows NPCs make for the best tower shields...
And we made you wear the red uniform...
Wait... are you saying that wasn't a scarecrow for target practice?
Scholars are supposed to have low hitpoints. It's part of their academic pride.

I guess I'm no scholar then...unless my 1200 HP indicate I'm a dragon scholar.
