Hello all, I wanted to make a world that is mimicing eastern european culture. Like Russia, Eastern Germany, Mongolia and the like. How do you think I could go about doing that?
The first thing I would recommend is reading a LOT of Eastern European history for inspiration. Also, come up with a concise and clear idea of why you want to base a campaign on Eastern European culture, specifically, the things you find most fascinating about it and try to emulate that feel in your work.
Figure out, then, what you like and why you like it, and then create a world where such a culture could arise logically. Consider, also, if you are going to include magic, what role it plays and how it affects the society.

Eldo is right; you should definitely read as much as you can on the subject before trying to conquer it. If you want that sort of feel, then you need to have a good basis and knowledge on those peoples' cultures, languages, habitats, ways of life, and governments. Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page) is your friend in this. I've found myself reading about 3 or 4 new subjects a day there, simply because I'm reading about one thing, and it introduces me to something else I'd like to read, and so on and so on. Make use of it, it's one of the greatest resources available in the world right now.
Also, you may want to check out the works of Seinkiewicz, who wrote the Trilogy....which is all about the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Good stuff.
