Hi. I remember that on the old Wizard Boards a fellow named "Glimm"? or "Grimm"? had an amazing setting that I can no longer find.
It was a DnD fantasy game based on Alice in Wonderland.
Does anyone remember its name or where it can be found on the internet.
I ran some google searches and didn't find it, I looked in DnD search and didn't find it (it was possibly deleted) and I did a spot check on the DnD archives, but it's really difficult to search without a search tool, so the task was mostly point and click.
Thanks!
~LD.
I second the request, it was amazing - noble houses based on card suites, and stats for a jabberwock!
Do you remember what it was called or any unique details that could help searching for it?
Still haven't found it, but I found an interesting "gritty" low-fantasy campaign setting here: http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Sewer_Rats_(DnD_Campaign_Setting) (Sewer Rats)
This probably isn't the setting your thinking of, but it is Wonderland-based, and I liked it when I found it way back when. Check it out here: http://mortality.net/board/read.php?TID=9374
Actually... that is it. But it's an earlier version of the setting I enjoyed. Thank you!
I was briefly frustrated that it seemed to be missing some things, then I looked at the author's signature and saw that the signature linked to a site by "GrimGrin". The name sounded familiar. I thought Ah! So it is the same person. So I went to his site, and found not only the 100-something page "Cabbages and Kings" but several other interesting PDFs.
The imagination of that fellow simply is extensive. And he still posts at wizards I found!
