How does this look?
Its just the start, but I am trying to redo the same style I used when I did my Rhime map.

Update: I had to redo the original height map there where some hills and mountains where their should not have been:

Hey Lath,
That looks really awesome. I'm honored and flattered you chose me to draw a phenomenal map for. I don't really know how to say this since you've obviously already put a lot of work into this, so I'll just come right out and say it. I've actually retired Memory Fading (http://www.thecbg.org/wiki/index.php?title=Talk:Memory_Fading#Retirement). :( The setting as a whole just wasn't working out for me anymore. I'm really sorry, and I love what you've done so far, I just didn't want you to put a lot of time and effort into something that may not get used in any way than other as an absolutely beautiful picture.

I feel like a jerk now for not announcing my retirement from this setting here on the main forums, and maybe that's a bit of light shed on the importance of having the wiki and forums integrated a bit better...
Hey there no problems Ish, I had some spare time yesterday, and it was a real test for me to reproduce what i know
(ok first a ground layer at X setting, then bump map at value, then a relief map on overlay, then a forest texture, then a mountain texture at X% opacity ect ect ect) So i was able to write it down doing this map, it was only a couple hours of spare time and i learned what i needed from it. I feel like a noob for just mapping someone elses stuff...
You could always flip and mirror it and pretend it's something original. :P
BTW,
lathe, any chance of gettig the full Cradle area map you did for Celtricia emailed to me?
will do Vreeg sorry i thought you had it already.
