if it's a "large" wolf-like creature, i would assume it has more than just 1 hit die. i'd give it at least 2 but probably 3-4. wolves have 2 and they're kind of small. worgs have 4 i think, they're still medium (and don't become large till 10 hd i think)
i think maybe a teeny tiny bit more ac, like up it to +3 or maaaaaaaaaaaaaybe +4 but probably not. 2 could work though, it seems fine.
the low hit dice thing is weird though.
what's wrong with a cr above 1? they sound kind of tough from the description.

and why i had to mask P1R4T3 with 1337. it appears that the word spelt out correctly is converted to ninja.
