aahh....but what is the question?

For me it is the Mythos behind the Gods.  Also, as Ishmayl said creating cultural differences.

Coffee. Coffee. And more coffee.  No better way to start the day then with a caffeine buzz.  Although, the red wine is an interesting idea.

I like what you have so far.  In particular the Strikers make me smile, the description you give is wonderful.

A couple of questions though:

1) I'm with Realm Weaver, what happened between the two?  How did they arise to such power?

2) What are the limitations that were set upon the world?  Is this your way of saying that prior to the Cataclysm magic-users were much more powerful, then the current d20 ruleset?  And the "limitations" are just flavor?

3) What are the five Edicts?

4) small mechanic - the Snatch feat can only be taken by creatures Huge or larger.  A suggestion would be give them Improved Grapple and increased Strength to carry their prey to height.

I am anxious to read more of your world

Imagine a world where you could "save game" before making any changes, just in case.....

My vote goes to History, as well.  History is the underlying story of any culture. It affects their views of religion, dress, their attitudes toward others, etc.

Here is an idea for one of your moons:

The moon of Ithil'ar glows with an inner green light.  It is commonly believed that the green glow that easily identifies Ithil'are from its sisters is the reflection from the enormous forest that encompasses the moon.

There have been a few throughout history, that believe the Ladronan Elves call Ithil'ar home.  Although, not a single elf is willing to attest to the validity of this rumor.

I agree, there is a time and place for an absolute alignment system.  I just haven't found that time or place yet.

I prefer to not use the "alignment" magics in my games.  I have found though that some players like, and in some occasions need, to have an Alignment for there PC.  So as a "guidepost" I find it useful, but other than that I believe it gets in the way of character development.

Quote from: CYMRO of the TRUE Cabbage CabalMaybe the birth of a second while the elder is alive is a sign of favor...

or of disfavor for actions/decisions the current elder had made?

Quote from: Natural 20They're in the Eberron Campaign Setting, and are listed theirin as having Lycanthrope blood. I didn't like how they did it, so I rewrote them.

Brilliant!!!

Aside from their repulsive  ;) eating habits, how do they interact with the other races?
