If your setting is active, sound off! Cleaning up the ListOfSettings template

Whoa, {{L}} will still work even for settings that have been taken out of {{L|ListOfSettings}}? Literally the only problem from being taken off the list is that you won't show up in pages like this?

That's hardly a big deal at all; I was expecting something much more catastrophic (starting with {{L}} breaking, and ending... who knows where?)
