Well, yes it is basic.  That was just kind of a basic writeup but mainly the Feudal japan is well, samurais, ninjas, and different Daishos, etc.  With tech level, i was thinking gunpowder, there is lots of shows with illusion-based acts, you have things like giant illusionary screens (not broadcasting) in some palces but mainly an enviroment with  basic guns, and magic technology that is used in everyday living (i.e. street lamps, ovens, heating in cold areas)
The dinosaurs range everywheere.  There is normal fauna, but dinosaurs feature in everyday life.  Not just big tings.  Carriage pullers, food sources, pterosaurs that live like seagulls, and then you might have pets in your house.  the big scary things are in the inland deserts and Zxynt but sometimes you will see them in zoos.  The dinosaurs are everywhere though.  Many a wizard will have a pterosaur or dinosaur familiar, and they are common as animal companions and paladin mounts.  I also want to add in some unique core classes that focus on alchemy, technology, herbal crafting, riding, and just variations.  I nthis campaign i have skeletons and zombies as constructs and the only"real" undead are intelligent.  But yoou can still turn the undead-constructs.  I also wan to focus on enviroments like those presented infFrostfell, Sandstorm, and Stormwrack.  Those have interesting races and concepts as well as greatplaces to set adventrues.  I'm actually designing an adventure set in the desert in a multi level dungon.  The characters go to find some artifact and, upon recovering it, the entire temple/dungeon begin to sink into the sand and fill up.  They have to escape and not get caught in or behind the sand.  (A bit like the great library from Avatar)

I also have a new NPC-ish class for the common magic.  Cantripologist style, kind of people like Magewrights in eberron.  I got alot of these campaign ideas from Eberron, Faerun and the rest of Toril, Rokugan, and the numerous old Dragon magazines.

I have a basic list of NPCs, mainly the ones that run the establishments that are listed.

Thanks for the comments, this is the first campaign i've ever designed so it is really helpful and nice to have all these helpful people who know DnD like i do and its also nice to actually talk about this stuff to others.  (Friend's dont really play much)
