First, before you all point out the obvious, I do know that it's not thanksgiving for everyone in the world today, or even everyone who is a member of the CBG.  I'm posting this because it's Thanksgiving for me, Natural 20, and I thought I'd let everyone know I'm thankful.

I want to let everyone know, right now while I have the chance, how grateful I am for everything I have.  I mean, yeah, I've got food, shelter, and internet access, and that's grand.  What I'm talkign about here is the stuff that makes my life worth living.  It may not seem like much, but the CBG is the reason I get up every morning, it's the reason I'm still trying in a world of half-assing.

*deep breath*

So, what I'm trying to say in my patent-pending long-winded style of rambling speech, is thank you!  Everyone who is reading this deserves my gratitude.  It's the people who visit, post, and even lurk at this site who make it what it is.  and quite frankly, if it were anything but whta itis, i wouldn't e here typng and... argh!  Whatever.  Thank you members of the CBG, for this awesome site, and being the awesome people you are.  Happy Ethnocentric American Thanksgiving to everybody!

Awww... you guys are all sooooooooooooo sweet! Seriously, it's like AA around here or something. If my mom dies or I loose my legs, screw a therapist I'm coming here.

We love you too, Critical Threat! :)

And happy Thanksgiving to the Americans among us!

"Then shall the last battle be gathered on the fields of Valinor. In that day Tulkas shall strive with Melko, and on his right shall stand Fionwe and on his left Turin Turambar, son of Hurin, Conqueror of Fate; and it shall be the black sword of Turin that deals unto Melko his death and final end; and so shall the Children of Hurin and all men be avenged." - J.R.R. Yeeeeaaah!  I may live in Britain's favourite penal colony, but I was born in the US, so I suppose I'm thankful, as an American, for... oh, I dunno, the abolition of slavery.  'Cos otherwise I'd still be working the fields, and I don't have the constitution for hard labour.

I'm also thankful for females.  And the second amendment, because it makes us a whole lot safer.

CYMRO

I am thankful for the 9th amendment.

:D we love australia. My great-to-the-power-of-umpteen-uncle was sent there for crimes unknown.

Personally, I still think Guy Fawkes' day makes more sense (or as we call it in the UK, bonfire night).

Ninja D!

No one said that something from America had to make sense.  I am a prime example of that.
