All my creative energy has run dry. This is normal for me, creation doesn't seem to come too naturally to me, and life had gotten very complicated (puts a damper on things)since the first burst of inspiration I had when I first joined this site .

So instead I threw myself into map-making, so I wouldn't loose sight of the setting I'm creating. I haven't had much previous experience with photoshop, or any graphic design really, but I seem to have taken to it quite handily. Turns out map making is a ton of fun.

But I'm out of maps to create now. There's no area of my setting I'd like to flesh out, because I haven't yet finalized the lay of the land. I'm good for maps as far as the campaign I'm running as well.

So lately I've found myself creating the basic layers I need for land, and then endlessly manipulting it into different shapes without any purpose. So I got the idea of duplicating the "Draw someone else's work" thread, but for maps, and I could comb through the submitted descriptions so I could have some direction in which to create a map with. Even if the thread doesn't take off, at lest I'll have something to work with, although it seems we have a lot of talented map-makers here.

So much like the other thread, post a description, and post the work of the description. Although I imagine it'll be difficult to describe land...
