[Urbis] The Eternal Storm - Blasting the Landscape since 510 NA!

The Eternal Storm is more developed than Tuvareen or the Hamajan Mountains, but it still could use some detail. So throw me some ideas - organizations, settlements, or anything else that you think would fit into a landscape subject to the fury of the elements for most of a millenium...

Well, nothing is jumping out at me on this one, but I can imagine a sort of cult that would view the breaking storms as either harbingers of something larger to come, or as something mystical in and of themselves.

It also seems that some powerful wizards (other than those creating the Wall of Stone domes) would probably be hanging out in the area, for good or ill.  Possibly studying the storms, possibly trying to harness their powers, possibly just because it's such an awesome spectacle.
