Wiki Link for Unregistered Users

This is a pretty minor point, but I noticed before I logged in today that the wiki tab at the top of the page doesn't appear for those who are not logged in.  Is this a conscious decision to restrict even the ability to view the wiki to active users, or an oversight?  It seems like we would want to allow everyone to read wiki articles without having to register first.

You can read them without being logged in but you can't see the link.

Without the link, they're pretty much relying on random links in people's posts and signatures, right?  Otherwise, while they can technically read it, I'm not sure how they'd get to it or know it exists at all.

Well until ishy fixes it just give them the link. Alternatively a google search for thecbg wiki gives it as the first result.
