Does the name Naruto evoke any fealings?

So I was checking my PMs on my WotC acount when this guy invites me to post his forumns. The whole site is dedicated to having RPGs for Naruto fans and Naruto themed Fan Art. Anybody care netsurf-glance? You have to register to see the site, but it's realy quick. Like, 'no email confirmation' quick.
