Alright, this is back up and going since I now have a group to play with and work stuff out with.  It's up on the wiki now, and is called "Urban Isolation".

Check through the articles (there's only a few) and see if it raises questions or if it's some kind of confusing in any way.  Yeah, it's pretty standard I guess, but I don't think it's utterly cliche, as I lack the typical Cyberpunk stuff that comes with these sorts of settings.

Any questions can just be put here.  Most of what's above still works in terms of Q/A, though, so that might answer some things.

Now I must go procure some large cardstock poster board to draw my maps out on.
