If you own/maintain one or more of of the following settings, please speak up and say which one(s).

Those that remain unclaimed are going to be deleted from the ListOfSettings template. I need to do this because MediaWiki has no looping so there are only a certain number of "slots" for settings available in the disambiguation stuff, and the fewer there are, the faster everything works.

Anyway, those that remain "unclaimed" are:
Adveria
Aertica
Afterworld
Calisenthe
Cerulean Saga
Darastrix
Divergence
Forsaken
Godefell
Guild Superheroes
Jaggerfell
Kairo
Necessary Evil
Oververse
Phaedorás
Pirates
Threads
Urban Isolation
Valgora
Wake
Wetra
Wonders

Jharviss

While I will claim Tephra, anything on the wiki is old news. Please feel free to delete it.

Elemental_Elf

I'm pretty sure Broken Verge, Mare Eternus and Savage Age are all current settings, though their wiki updates may have lagged compared to their forum activity.

Nomadic

Mare Eternus is still active. It is on temporary standby however as I'm juggling alot of stuff at the moment.

LordVreeg

Celtricia is active.  My PCs will be moving our main wiki, but I will try to update this one at the same time.

Sparkle,

None of my settings are current or being updated online. Eschaton, Eclipse, and Echoes of Dreams can all be pulled.

I am playing around with putting Avayevnon on the Wiki, but it has never been on the list.  Not sure if this information is of any use.

None of my settings are anywhere near active any more, but as they're neither on the wiki nor on that list I doubt you needed to know that...

I'm currently using three labels on ListOfSettings (Jade Stage, Jade FATE, and Modern Mythos). I wasn't aware that there was any space issue. If it's helpful, I can look into smashing Jade Stage and Jade FATE into a single disambiguator category-- I can't imagine it'd be that hard to do so.

Superfluous Crow

I "own" Broken Verge and Death Planet. Broken Verge is very much active and I have actually recently updated some of the wiki. I'd like to keep that on the list.
Death Planet is ... less active. Only think I've worked on it a single day actually. Maybe two. It's not dead-dead, but dead enough. I'll get back to it at some point... maybe... Just remove it for now.

Panisadore is currently on hiatus, though at some point I definitely do expect to get back to it for further development.

It's not a big issue. Don't worry about smashing anything down. I'll be able to free up enough "slots" by removing stuff that hasn't been touched in years and isn't likely to be. :)

I should clarify, just in case it wasn't clear before. I'm not actually removing any of the content from the Wiki, just the labels in the templates driving some of the disambiguation functions.

Is there a hard cap on the amount of slots we've got, or is it more of a "the fewer slots we use, the faster stuff goes" situation?

Also, in the case of stuff that gets taken off the disambiguation list, how do those projects manage their links? Should anybody change anything, or is it more of a case of "leave stuff broken for now, and in the event that the author resumes caring about Project XYZ, it'll be readded"?

No, no hard cap. The big issue here is that there is no looping, so in order to do anything that appears to operate iteratively, like the AutoDisambiguator, I have to manually repeat a template numerous times. So that is where the concept of "slots" comes from. Thus, should it become necessary, all I'd have to do to raise the cap is edit some templates. It's not a huge deal but it's a pain to do and I'll probably screw it up at least once, because of certain MediaWiki quirks in handling white space. So if we can clean things up, all the better, and hopefully page load times should improve. Most likely by an amount so tiny nobody notices, but hey. :P

So, all that's really going to happen is that any setting removed will be left out of the AutoDisambiguator, and probably a couple of other automatic things I don't remember. It won't really be broken, and pretty easy to reinstate should the author return, anyway. {{L}} and everything will still work, and nobody needs to change anything. :)
