I wanted to design a page in photoshop and then code it. SO basically, a coded page with my own graphics. Is that possible?

Erm, yes. Your current page is testament to that. However, there are a few warnings I feel obliged to hand out:
1) Don't make it too flashy. A reader should feel calm when viewing a website. Pretty is good, bright and garish is bad.
2) Make sure you can stretch or extend the template vertically. A good example of this is my Phaedoras page, which has a "sliver" image that extends down the left side.
3) Keep space for future content. Adds, extra areas, whatever. You never know what the future might bring.

So i want simple, square content boxes with open space below, all borders (side) and background graphix should be stretchable as well. Would you nee dme to slice the image and everything or just leav eit as a graphic?

Yes I would love it if you could cod eit for me. I want to make the graphix though, I like doin that a lot. I am workin gon one right now (not original but it fits all of the criteria mentioned above, plus i like it.

Alright, here's the deal, I don't make webpages for free. However, if you want, I can do a demo page with a image you give me, no charge. Just email me the image you want turned into a site (raelifin@gmail.com) and I'll do what I can. The image should have a sliver that will wrap vertically. It may or may not have a bottom.

In addition to that, an outline of what you want and where would be nice.

Cool ty very much. Wrap vertically is the same thing as stretch right? lol excuse my ignorance in this subject

Yes. Though streching implies that the same material will be spread over an increased area and thus lose quality. Wraping would be a repeating pattern.

Alright that clears some stuff up. SO far the content box and bg have that property so everything should be fine (they arent even very detailed, straight lines)

I have not read this entire thread yet, but I do have some advice for you.  Learn CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).  It's the closest thing you can get to using templates that actually makes sense.  For some pure awesomeness, check out CSS Zen Garden.  I can help a bit, and brainface could help a lot (but ask politely, and be prepared for him to say "no," he's pretty busy on many other projects).
