stupid hyperlinks

i can't get the hyperlinks to my setting threads (in signature) working.
what is the correct format?
i have the url copy/pasted right now and i tried the linky thing but couldnt get it to work
help!

Just type, in [ brackets ], "url=", with a hyperlink after the equal sign. Put whatever you want to call it, then a [/close bracket]
