There's Canada, though that might come under the category of 'America'. And Madagascar, but i'll write up something about it if no one else does.

Alright, I'm back from my researches. I'm probably going to work off of traditional celtic myths and Susannah Clarke's Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrel. I'm trying to find a good book on Germanic myths, to work in the Angles' and the Saxons' mythology, but it hasn't been forthcoming.
