I do not think it would overpower the class.

Nor would +1 manifester level at 4/7/10.

Maybe either +1 manifester or a bonus psi feat.
That would make it a kick-arse PRC.

I take that into consideration.  I've also got some suggestions from other people as well.

The main thing I seem to be getting is that it is vastly underpowered.  One suggestion I've gotten multpile times is some kind of enhancement for the telekinetic lancet as they advance.  Another suggestion is altering their deflection bonus, because as it stands now, it is really weak.

I'll work on this in-between and after class today.

Ok, so... this class is based off of the anime Elfen Lied.  I've got this anime music video of scenes from Elfen Lied with the song Haunted by Evanescence for the benefit of those who have never seen the anime.  It is not work/child safe, and contains gore and nudity.  This is just to give an idea of what I'm going for in terms of powers of the class.
