Could be I'm misunderstanding it, I'm not an aficionado. I take from it what makes sense to me, which probably isn't quite what its purveyors intended.

Anyway, whatever model you prefer, it's fine by me. Mostly just a way to be aware of goals and the slant of the settings and mechanics I'm creating. Just one more way to think about it.
