Quote from: beejazzArt's been eating my time. My system project's on the back burner in a big way, but I still poke my head in now and again. But I'm like five pages into writing/inking (with a friend on pencils) a new tragic sci fi webcomic thing. Maybe I could post world building aspects of that here in a bit? It sort of recycles from beejazz's sci fi theater or whatever I called my sci fi setting. Oh, and I'm moving into a new apartment so... there's that I guess.

RPG inspiration's running low, as I haven't played in too damn long, but if people need art, I could maybe do a bit of that.

Hey, wait. Was it you that was going to do some art for Fiendspawn? Or do I just have mistaken identity?

Quote from: PolycarpWhat happened to that thread to elicit some brief comments on specific things in campaigns?  I might be down for some of that.
I am fairly certain I made that thread, but I'll be damned if I can find it anymore.

Port is great. I've spent a lot of time in Latin America, so tequila and rum hold a sincere, if blurry, place in my heart.

I went to a quinceanera in Mexico once and our table of 12-odd people destroyed about 6 bottles of top-shelf brandy. That's my brandy story.

I'm a Margarita man myself, though I do like a... I can't remember its name but its Jameson Irish Whiskey mixed with Canada Dry. It doesn't sound good until you try it.

I drink wine
I need art.
I am working on seating positions in different cultures of Celtricia, and other table/social manners.
I like wine.
Did I say that?

That the same rules designed to reduce the role of the GM and to empower the player also destroyed the autonomy to create a consistent setting. And more importantly, these rules reduce the Roleplaying component of what is supposed to be a \'Fantasy Roleplaying game\' to something else\"-Vreeg

You know I've actually been thinking of reviving a particular thread on here. It was the first thread I ever posted in on the site. Namely the "create a city" thread that went so well. It's still around here somewhere, waiting to be pulled back into the open.

Pending nuptials are taking up all my time. I will be starting a new game starring a bunch of demigods, so I'll be sharing things for D&D 4E that I come up with.

Totally agreed

Now this might sound "bleh", but then again, try it before you judge it;

Southern Comfort with Canada Dry (ginger ale I guess?)

It backstabs, watch out.

Weave

I'll be honest, I just enjoy getting buzzed every once in a while. What I drink doesn't really matter to me*, but wine has always resonated with me more. Call me what you will, but I prefer the altered state of mind.

Of course, I'm also a proud lightweight. If I feel the need to get a little loose then I don't have to pay much. It's a great luxury. It just takes some careful moderation to keep it that way.

*I take that back. I have yet to discover a beer I enjoy.

Anyways... I'm just preoccupied by my classes mostly. I've had ideas bouncing around, questions I'd like to ask, things I'd like to throw out there, but between painting and family therapy courses, it's been a little hard to get too committed to anything outside of the school spectrum. In due time... in due time...

I've been a mix of lethargic, uninspired, and dealing with a computer that was quickly decaying.  Now I have a new computer!

If we're talking about drinks, I am a fan of Baileys always, and of coconut rums, such as Malibu, Parrot Bay, and Baccardi

I like beer, cider, red wine, scotch or absinthe, depending on the occasion.

And I have no real excuses for not posting more setting stuff. It's all up in my head, just need to yank it out and put it in writing :)

One day soon, I'll do just that.

That's right. It's been so long. What specifically did you want me to do? I remember doing some things for folks a while back (a pig man, tree mantis, and starfishy tentacly thing) but I guess that wasn't fiendspawn.

EDIT: I'd be happy to do some stuff for you too Vreeg, or anybody else that wants it.
