Is Cimir too north? Estefan just sounds like a place that would be south of moros, could switch them..

Looks nice, though the black tortoise peninsula probably needs to be turned into an actual peninsula. Otherwise the layout looks sound to me.

Both Cemir and Moros should be shifted south - perhaps just north of the Frescun Bay, where Isfahan is currently placed on the map. This would also move the Meteor somewhat closer to Lumaria.

Tughama-by-the-Abyss is definitely located by the central sea, not on the eastern side of the continent: "The eastern quarter of the Ankhelarian Sea is home to such notable lands as Tughama-by-the-Abyss"  Isfahan would be by far the better candidate to be there, especially if you do shift Moros southward: "Isfahan, located just to the east of the Plutocracy of Moros"
