limetom

Quote from: lemonjoe, FKA sdragonmy current display name, coupled with the title, is a blatent parody.

I wonder who he could possibly be parodying?  Hmm...

Numinous

My username here is a result of a long brainstorming session dedicated to finding a nifty display name for forums.  Obviously, it isn't that clever, but it's recognizavle by now.
Previously: Natural 20, Critical Threat, Rose of Montague
- Currently working on: The Smoking Hills - A bottom-up, seat-of-my-pants, fairy tale adventure!

Ishmayl-Retired

I was writing a story when I was younger and was sure I would was going to be a famous author.  One of the main villains was named Ishmayl (long before that hack Robert Jordan made the name infamous, albeit with a different spelling ;)), and since this particular spelling of it is completely unique (apparently), I've never had any problems registering it with just about any board I've joined.

- Proud Recipient of the Kishar Badge
- Proud Wearer of the \"Help Eldo Set up a Glossary\" Badge
- Proud Bearer of the Badge of the Jade Stage
- Part of the WikiCrew, striving to make the CBG Wiki the best wiki in the WORLD

For finite types, like human beings, getting the mind around the concept of infinity is tough going.  Apparently, the same is true for cows.

Raelifin

Raelifin was my first D&D character, an elven ranger. I've used it for so long it's like an alias.

Wrong... if you read carefully above, you'll see that I mention the spelling of my name is unique; not the name itself.  Hell, I can name off Ishmael characters all over the place, but they're all spelled with the "ae" spelling, not "ay."  Thanks for the input though ;)

Kalos Mer

My current name is taken from that of a famous raconteur and author in my main campaign setting, Tasothilos.

Herecgunina, the handle I use on the WotC boards, is the name of a trickster deity among one of the south-western Native American tribes (I forget which.)

humm...... thats really odd, because i borrowed the sequel to 'ishmael: a novel' from a friend, and i couldve sworn it was entitled 'my ishmayl: a sequel'. after doing an amazon search for 'ishmayl', however, i guess that isnt the title. although, seeing as all the books that came up on the search apparently had to do with a jewish figure (im unsure if its a fictional figure or not), and the title character in 'ishmael' was named after said character (if i remember correctly).....

Lmns Crn

Luminous. Crayon.

I am a teacher at heart. I illustrate complex concepts in simple ways; I illuminate their secrets before the eyes of others.

I adopted the handle a few years back, when I was seeing a lot of really obvious questions on WotC-- the kinds of questions that prove the questioner is simply too lazy to open up the freaking PHB and flip to the index. The name Luminous Crayon was my way of saying, "Here, I'm going to spell this out for you in big, simple, glowing letters that not even you could miss!"

I like to think I've mellowed since then. I certainly hope so, because I used to use "Hi, I'm Luminous Crayon!" as a sort of secret code for "Hi, you are probably stupid, so I'm going to be helpful to you in a really jerky way!"
I move quick: I'm gonna try my trick one last time--

Benicus

Name: Benicus

I had this one given to me by my big bro who's gaming handle was Shanicus. At first I didn't realize what the heck it was (except for being part of my name) but then I realized "Ben+Sparticus=Benicus".

So there it is, I am Benicus. Master gladiator, rebel without a cause, and hard-working DM/Player.
