Magnus Pym

It's very possible I still miss next session. I'll PM you Weave.

On another note, votes are closed in Canada and I REALLY hope Harper doesn't win.

Weave

No problem, Pym! You guys will probably hit next level after next session, so I'll let you know after so you can level him up. I'll try and get the logs up so you can keep following; last session was a lot of combat, so you didn't miss all too much plot, if it makes you feel any better.

I hope the votes are in your favor ;)!

Game starts in half an hour to those who can make it!

Session 4 down! Light group again, Finn had to leave early and Kowa was unable to come.

But hey, there sure aint nothing like munching on slugs and hanging with some elves, am I right??

PS: The logs are on their way, slowly but surely. I'll try to get them up before next session. ALSO, to Pym and Finn: you guys leveled!

Weave

Don't forget to level up your characters before our next session this wednesday!

I trust you all to take whatever you roll for HP and jot it down (no cheating, please!), or you can wait to roll it in front of me before the session starts. If anyone has forgotten, the formula works like this:

For a d10 hit die, roll 1d5 (half the hit die as a random variable) + 5 (the other half as a static variable) + Constitution modifier. For a d8, it would be 1d4 + 4 + Con mod. Is that clear?

Also don't forget that you get a feat every level, and your favored class bonus. Enjoy! :)

ALSO: we'll be down Kalidas next session due to some college finals he has to take. Just a heads up. One of these days we'll get everyone at a single session, I swear! ;)

Weave

Session 5 goes down today! Hope to see you all there. :)

And by "you all," I mean everyone but Finn and Kalidas; they have a lot of finals and are busy studying, alas.

Weave

Even though it turned out that only Yamhata and Cervus could make it, it was a great session nonetheless! Yamhata has some future plans for a stronghold and Cervus has a lot to think about.

Until next week!

Oh yeah, and also, next session will jump right into combat! I'll have the log up for any who missed!

Llum

I'm going to have to miss 2-5 sessions for sure. I should make next weeks but after that I have no idea.

Llum

Alright it is now set in stone. After next week I will be missing 4 weeks in a row. Then I'll be back. Dunno how we're going to work it out.

Weave

Oh weird, I missed the first post you made. I would've replied sooner...

Well, you'll be missed regardless! I'm sure I can come up with something to make it work out fine. And, of course, if you have any suggestions of your own, I'd gladly work with you to explain Cervus' leave of absence.

Weave

I have some bad news, everyone, as I've been recently put into a situation similar to Llum's: I have a new job that's definitely going to interfere with the Avernus IRC game time. I don't have a lot of flexibility in the area of changing it, so I'm kind of stuck :(.

So, for the time being, it'll sadly be put on hiatus. I apologize for this recent development, but it's imperative that I take this job.

On the bright side, we're in the midst of a surplus of IRC games, and I'd strongly encourage everyone to go check out TheMeanestGuest's Carbon Skies IRC and Seraphine Harmonium's Cad Goleor IRC; they look pretty awesome.
