Ulu stands sliently as the webbing burns down around him. He constines a full defensive posture waiting to spring once the webs are gone. The flames glint off of his armor, illuminating a steady, calm poise.

Belarin speaks some magical phrases and lets sand trickle between his hands, falling to the ground.  As he does so, Ulu feels a wave of tiredness come over him.
Belarin tlaughs as performs a handspring as he moves further away from the samurai.

[ooc]Hmm.    Not sure Webs work that way -- it seems like, since there multple separate webs, that you have to actively burn each one -- that you can burn a whole square of webs in one round, but setting one square alight doesn't eventually destroy the entire web.  But I'm not about to push the point, especially since you've spent several turns doing actions that relied on that assumption.

Belarin takes a five foot step to H3, with the dogs shadowing him in the existing pattern. (DH4,SI3).

Save against Sleep, DC 11 (wand). (targetted on 10,11,L,M).

[ooc] Actually, I'm pretty sure that once the web starts burning, it grows outwards from the origin, but the wording is ambiguous. Also, I've always kind of envisioned it as one really large network of webs that pinned everything in it, not a bunch of five foot tall cubes of web.[/ooc]

We'll also ignore the question of whether Web was usable at all, given that it requires equidistant anchor points, but I'll have to re-look at that for further duels. :(  Your turn; you've got a save to make, too.

(I only did a wand-draw, five foot step and a standard action because I didn't want to walk into the minefield of whether drawing a wand counts as "drawing a weapon" (which is free with a normal move for +1 BAB characters) or as a move action).
