Just want to say that I like the grimness of the setting and the feeling that things are happening. I often find when I am creating that I make my settings all too static, where events have already happened - here you make everything HAPPEN right now.

Very nice. :-)

Good!  I look forward to seeing what you do.  You should consider moving things over to the wiki! :)

For finite types, like human beings, getting the mind around the concept of infinity is tough going.  Apparently, the same is true for cows.

A few updates/improvements nothing incredibly substantial...slow work but i'll get there. I'm back though. Heres a bit i decided to add to the Mythos of Aertica

The guardians were once the spirits of nature, creatures of immense power that awakened and shaped all manner of life from the world around them. Out of them, only a few have survived the coming of man. In the north where mankind fought great wars with these creatures, the conflict anointed praetor as supreme deity. His disciples gifted with great measures of his power bound guardians to the earth and created the Wells. They then harnessed the abounding energy of the guardians to safeguard their communities from creatures left after the fighting. Very few of these bound guardians have survived even still, broken by time, war or calamity.

Guardians (Spirit of the land pg 189 in MMII)

The Weirds- the only guardians to ally with mankind, they have been banished from the world to their well in heaven's gate. It is said that their freedom will be followed by a new war between the guardians and mankind as they take revenge for their betrayal.

The Bound Guardians- Fortresses such as Ravenhel, Avalgard, Margard and similar structures were gifted with protective guardians; the magic necessary to use these guardians however, has almost without exception been lost. As a result, many of them have gone rogue, or completely insane.

The Slave guardians- created by insane sorcerers or in an attempt to recreate the majesty of the guardians, these bound guardians were gifted with control over their physical form, usually an eerily carved stone construction. Luther Kaustriche gave the Guardian of Seinheim it's will and housed it in an ancient idol of the nameless one. This twisted the guardian beyond repair into a darker creature than he had ever imagined (Advanced Nightwalker). It proved useful in commanding and finding undead during his campaigns and has continued its work well after Luther's demise.

The Free Guardians- It is said a few survive, most notably amongst the Woten and Sidhe, who guard and protect the guardians as best they can, gaining great knowledge and protection in turn. It is believed that their continued existence allows for the conduit exploited by druids and their ilk. It is said that a few of these truly free guardians have turned into their hate and 'fallen' into a terrible, almost demonic form with which they
punish mankind.

Engine of Ild Vesh- The great necromancer Ild Vesh found many years ago the dying shell of a guardian in the depths of Kruscia. He saw this creature possessed a power unrivalled, a great potential to forge the creatures of his twisted dreams, the undead. He bound this creature to himself at first, allowing it to feed from his great wellsprings of arcane power as he plundered it for knowledge, and then ripped it from out of him and used its life force to forge the engine of Ild Vesh, a massive creature of death and disease trapped for now in the pits of Ravenhel

Acrimone

I second the recommendation for the Wiki... this is too hard to parse through on a purely format/mechanical level.  What I was able to read, though, was quite good, and I would like to be able to skim through it in a more methodical and intuitive fashion.

Many thanks for your efforts.
