If you're playing epic, pause for a moment to laugh at WotC's farcical cosmic entity stats and move on. They aren't there to be taken seriously. Trust me. They aren't even suitable for use as avatars. -WotC Epic Boards, Epic FAQ

ANd by strategy i mean like optimum towers types, best general areas to place them... Raelfin has a fine strategy on 1-11 but no hint whatsoever on what to do after that.

levels 1-7 you should only have two cannon towers (fully upgraded by 7). At level 7 sell them and buy two fire towers using the lumber you just gained. Somewhere in the next few levels purchase a third fire tower and upgrade one as needed. By 18 I bought my 4th fire tower. By 20 I have 2 upgraded (once) fire towers. At this point you just have to feel out when to upgrade or buy more.

For finite types, like human beings, getting the mind around the concept of infinity is tough going.  Apparently, the same is true for cows.

He only posted in the tavern about his first attempt.

oh another hint for the tower game, don't allow the bosses to get by. If you lose a life to them, they are worth 0 money and 0 points because the lose of life negates the points earned for killing it. Same goes for any of the creeps really.

If you want more money sooner upgrade your interest at level 7, and buy fire towers at 14. This is what I've been doing. I can get by with 4 total towers (2 cannons, 2 archer) up til that point. I think I built my first fire tower on level 17 or so.

The next time I play I will take a few screen shots of my first few levels. Though MittenNinjas strategy so far is a lot better than mine. :)

1: you can't actually win the game on just water towers. Really, you can't

2: bosses really dont' like arrow towers. I built cheap ones just to kill them and sold them after they passed. that's kind a a crap strategy though.

3: earth towers are crap. if you don't care about score, you might can build them just for bosses. water towers probably aren't worth it if you're going for high score.

4: i approve of your strategy, neptune. (i tried straight arrows and got to like 24. i wasn't trying to hard--but i doubt arrows could take the last levels by themselves.)

Here's the internet game I play: NationStates.

There isn't any of your fancy Flash animation or what have you, just a text-based nation simulation game.  To further screw with you all, there isn't a real scoring system either.  It's free, so check it out.  You'll be faced with a choice about every day, and some of them can be pretty silly.

My country can be found here, and it highlights what a dirty Pinko Commie I am.

Tangential

GASP! I hadn't thought of NS forever. I wonder if I still have a nation?
