Update from 1-1 to 1-2

Version 1-2 included the following amendments:

The addition of Appendix I â,¬' Version Update History.
*The addition of the Imperial Knight of Ragyrinthis prestige class in the Caerden chapter.
*The addition of Vaygorâ,¬,,¢s Blade to the Artifacts chapter.
*The addition of information on many nations in the Caerden chapter, most notably to Hedric and Leâ,¬,,¢resh.
*The addition of the nations of Hagarsveld, Kâ,¬,,¢rytkul, and Shiarah to the Itharikos chapter.
