The earth is rotating at around 1,000 miles per hour (speed depending on your distance from the equator). It is moving around the sun at roughly 67,000 mph (speed varies depending on what point of its orbit it is in). The sun is orbiting the galactic center at roughly (very roughly) 450,000 mph. In short if this really happened the resulting sonic shockwave would probably be massive (that being if it just shot out of the atmosphere... if retrograde was below your feet then it would go off like a meteorite) either way you'd probably be incinerated/blasted to pieces if you decided to press the shiny button.
