It is about 5% crowded, cacophonous notes, put to paper in pretty much the most jumbled and confusing ways possible, and 95% pure nonsense.

So my short answer is "no, impossible", and my long answer is "you could maybe play about five percent of it, but it wouldn't be worth the considerable effort it'd take to do so."
