Higgs Boson

Well, as of now i believe we are leaning towards the rings of CeBeGia giving off arcane energy that wizards draw on. So we have:
Rings of CeBeGia give off arcane energy as a side-effect/something else
then the stuff Poseidon said.

That is why I left it as "the energy from the world". If that energy comes from the rings, ok. If it comes from somewhere else, then so be it. I just wanted to make a clear distinction between how each spell system works. Divine = faith, Arcane = outside energy, Psionics = one's self. This is pretty much just restating the way they are in the d20 system (except divine is usually granted by gods). The other purpose for posting that, is to give some more flavor to the sorcerer. They need not be all born from dragons.
