Added a few spells to the spell list, and added True Quickness to the class abilities.

Does the Miracle aspect of Power of Life still cost xp?

Only under the conditions where Miracle's effect would normally require the expenditure of 5000 XP. :)

Does it seem balanced as a class in relation to the cores?
