Yeah, I've already been Q&A'd. I'd like to see at minimum three other settings go through the Q&A circuit before I'm eligible for it again.

Matt Larkin (author)

Well the last one was 8pm EST, which should be good for me.

Gloria/Godsmack/Wonderworld volunteer for Q&As but not for Meet the Builders. :) Best time to talk will be sometime in 2 weeks.

Guys, make sure someone PMS me when you have definite dates/times/ideas for this, and I'll post a news article.

For finite types, like human beings, getting the mind around the concept of infinity is tough going.  Apparently, the same is true for cows.

It seems as though 8 PM EST, Monday the 17th is a go, Ishy.

Ed: PM sent, so that's under control.

Note: I will not be able attend on that day (but should be open if Phoenix reschedules to another day during that week (please DO NOT reschedule because of me.)

Ishmayl-Retired

Would you like me to put up the news now, to (maybe) gather more attention, or put it up on Wednesday or Thursday next week, so it's a bit fresher in peoples' minds?

Probably the latter. I know I'm more likely to remember things if it's not too far out.

Wednesdays I'll have a few people already online playing, so I'd rather not conflcit if we can avoid.

Well, if possible, I think it's best to make it the same day every time. No matter what some people will have conflicts with any particular day.

But so far, only one objection to Monday.

Okay, so, I should probably clean this thread up a bit. The first post is, like, totally way old and embarrassing and stuff.

I'd like to update the first post with links to all the past Q&A sessions, but I've missed many of them. Has anybody been keeping track, and/or posting them somewhere? If so, we should talk.

I would also like to have, if possible, a current list of people who are willing to be questioned. So, if you're ready to face the firing squad, please say something to that effect. (Even if you already have said so, please reaffirm your commitment, so I know your previous conviction is not merely old data.)

Finally, after basking in the sweet afterglow of Eschaton's Q&A on Monday, I think it's time we start talking about the next one. Who's next? (If people are timid, I will volunteer myself, but I do not want to storm the stage ahead of others who have been patiently waiting.)

1. How did the Phoenix Q&A go? Will there be a transcript?
2. LC- the old Q and A's are relatively easy to find in the Dragon's Den. (Just look at page 2,3,4 for "Setting Author Questionnaire")

http://www.thecbg.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?64414 This link Is one.

3. I am willing to be questioned, but will yield to older members like LC first. I would, however, like to be questioned sometime before October.

Matt Larkin (author)

I didn't save a transcript. I don't know if anyone else did. When I scrolled back up, a lot of the early stuff was already gone.

So... when's the next one? I may be able to be available for questioning on Thursday next week (the 27th) or Monday the following week if anyone is interested in my settings?

LordVreeg

LD, I think your settings are great and I will make time to be there.
